Your donation helps low income neighbors navigate unexpected challenges. All our proceeds from our thrift stores provides support like rent, utilities, emergency food, school supplies, and holiday toys. We also offer empowerment programs including computer classes, cooking classes, our THDA-certified Good Tenant Workshop, and job readiness support to help individuals gain skills and move forward with confidence.
Easy Pickups
Give your quality furniture a second life. Donate gently used pieces and turn them into resources for local Chattanooga neighbors in need. We offer pick-up services in Hamilton County for large furniture and appliances, provided they are in working condition and free of damage or stains.
Items We Can Accept
- Damaged or dirty items (ripped, stained, rusted, smelly, moldy, pet hair)
- Unlaundered clothing or linens
- Recalled items
- Broken or incomplete appliances and electronics
- Non-flat screen monitors without a computer
- Large executive desks (over 4 x 3)
- Baby cribs made before 2011
- Items too heavy to lift safely
- Console TVs or non-digital-compatible TVs
- Entertainment centers made for console TVs only
- Opened or used paint and spray paint
- Mattresses, box springs, and sleeper sofas
- Pianos or organs
- Previously installed chandeliers
- Tires or car batteries
- Gas dryers

Have items to donate but don’t need a furniture pickup? Bring them by in person.
Dropping off your donations is a simple way to keep usable goods out of the landfill while giving them a second life in our thrift stores. Your gently used items become affordable finds for shoppers and help support neighbors in need across Chattanooga.

We offer pick-ups for large furniture and appliances in Hamilton County. Items must be in working condition, free of damage or stains, and placed in a garage or under cover.
When your items are ready for pickup, click the button below to submit a pick-up request. We’ll respond Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–3:30 pm.
